I think the point is that every ***** cop will be out there looking for handlebars to handout tickets. Even if the new law is "more lenient", new laws = added attention. I just ordered my apes too....I'm tired of Indiana.
What is the rationale behind handlebar laws? The mini apes on mine make it much easier for me to handle. I can move my bike around in some situations where on a Super Glide, I'd need some assistance.
