I guess there is a lot of modifications, never saw such colour on a wide glide
edit - you're right, looks like a street bob with a flames paint job, or they had to add the street bob tail-light for european safety standards / amber tail lights

i think they added a street bob tail-light to meet european safety standards - dont you all need amber lights on the back (thus making the stop/run/turn signals on a US wideglide illegal for export?)
