rain riding
i know a lot of people ride regardless of the weather. for those that ride in the rain, when you ride to work in the rain, do you cover your bike once you get there or leave it uncovered?

I leave mine uncovered if its raining or not, its gonna get filthy either way. I never understood why people advertised that their bike had never been in the rain when trying to sell it. I mean the bike never saw a drop of water when washing it?

leave it uncovered! Can always get 'r lookin' good again once the rain stops. Besides, the rain that's still falling will wash all the grime off! Seat? Well that may be another story. I try to cover the seat as much as possible. I'm not a fair weather rider at all. If it isn't below zero, I'm ridin'. LOL.

I ride dam near year round in ohio other than when the roads are covered or icy
If i ride to work and its rainning or going to rain the bike sits out in the open in a paved parking lot.
Its not going to hurt the bike and your going to have to wash it later anyway.

No but really I understand what you mean. If you put any amount of miles on your bike sooner than later you are going to end up getting wet.

Of course those ads are always for low mileage bikes and rarely state that they have or are going to buy another bike.
