How can one tell if a bike has a Race Tuner installed?

Scanner. At dealer or dyno shop.

You don't install a race tuner. It's just an interface to connect to the ecu.

The dealer can do a diagnostic scan and tell if the ecu has been flashed and the stock map is not there.

Ok, thanks guys. I'm looking at buying a bike, and I noticed it doesn't have any type of fuel management attached to it. It had aftermarket exhaust and SE air cleaner, but it ran great with no decel popping. The current owner bought it with 700 miles and didn't know what kind, if any fuel management it had. I have always ran a Power Commander or fuel pak, so I was just wondering. I guess if I buy it, I will take it in and find out...Thanks again.
