It is on my '04 Lowrider. First tool I had to modify after I put my Big Shots on. Took a standard 3/8" Allen wrench and made a stubby out of it.

Look at http://www.hexpro.net/ some great allen wrenches and torx wrenchs that have swivel heads. I do use a ball ended allen on the transmission fill plug

On my fatboy I had to cut a little bit off of allen wrench and use the short part that I cut off and a box end wrengh to remove the fill plug in the tranney because oil line prevents any other tool from reaching.

just looking on the Harley parts site and there is now a fill cap that screws in and doesn't require tools to tighten on engine. this is for the transmisssion fill plug.
