Default Engine "clacking" noise

So I just had the cam chain tensioners converted to the S&S gears, primary seals replaced, 5th gear seal replaced, oil pump replaced, clutch cable replaced... I notice a clacking noise at 3100-3300 rpm under load. Seems to come from the cylinder heads, but it's really hard to tell. Am I just noticing more noise now since the cam gears were installed?

My '01 Lowrider made a clacking noise between certain RPM's since the day I bought it new. I dont think it's anythig bad. My '90 Softail Custom made a clacking noise constantly since the day I bought it new & did it for 11 years till I sold it--no problems. Just think it's the nature of the beast.

There is no way to quantify the clacking noise you hear on this computer. Gear drive on my twin cam sounds like the same noise I get on my Evo which is gear driven also. Top end noise is normal for my motorcycles to a degree but it shouldn't sound like a Cummings diesel with no oil.
