I'm really torn here ( I know-life is tough, right?) so I thought maybe the wisdom of the forum might help me out.
I'm looking for pro's and cons of each bike...

2001 Fat Boy (10000 mi) limited paint set (150)
$12995.00

2007 Street bob 2-1 V&H, FWD controls (10000 mi)
$13995.00

I'm leaning towards the street bob for the 96 ci/6 speed
....but the fat boy is pretty...and more comfy for the long rides.

What do you think?
Think you should walk away while you have the opportunity. Both bikes are way overpriced. Previous owners of both bikes paid out a lot for the accessories on both. Bet when they were traded in the dealer gave them zilch for the add-ons. Now they are going to add it into the price of the sale. KBB on FatBoy is 10.8. Somehow I do not see 4K plus all the extra charges the dealer will add to the bike to make it worth it.

Fatboy would be my vote, but I would pass on both of these. There are too many good used bikes available at a better price.

Don't let that money burn a hole in your pocket. There's gotta be some bikes available to you that are better priced. The add-ons have value but not as much as it seems the seller wants. Get you a good bike at a good price and spend the money you save on the adds that you want. Just my two centavos.........

While no expert, I have been looking at new bikes for the last couple of months and it does seem they're a bit high.
Seems you could get a new Dyna series for that price and modify to your own tastes for not much more, plus add the warranty and it appears a new bike would be a better choice.

If your bound to get one of the two, test ride them and see which one puts a bigger smile on your face...imho

Like others have said, spend some time and look around, there are better deals out there.
