Got a laugh out of this. This is the local dealer around here. Same old story. Once owned by an old school straight up dealer, this place was sold a few years back to multi dealership owner I think from Fla. Their sales approach now is strange and there's a lot of local buzz on the predatory nature of it all. I think this guy here fell for their VIP Plan where for a couple thousand buck you can have your maintenance done for "free" and some useless perks like special up close parking at the dealership. He wanted to get out of it, and they said no and won't refund his money. Funny stuff.

If you're naive enough to pay "a couple thousand bucks so you can have your maintenance done for "free" and some useless perks like special up close parking at the dealership"...You pretty much deserve to eat it...Caveat Emptor

That is some funny stuff right there. There is a dealer, I won't mention the name of them in uh, er, Perrysburg, Ohio who had a lot of issues with people. A bunch of guys got together and took the dealer shirts to a screen printer and had the big red circle with the slash through it screened over the dealership info on the back. I still laugh when I see one.

I agree some dealers suck and play games, well most vehicle sales people plays games, but if you have to pay extra for a service then it's not "free" and you should know that. I mean who cares if you get to park by the door? Oh well this dude needs to be smarter next time.
