Another cell phone rant!!
Was homeward bound from work here in Sw Missouri, on US65 south, Had an idiot come blowing across two laners of traffic right up beside me in the passing lane, Thought for sure this jerk was gonna spread me all over the divider wall!! He finally notices me AFTER I Kicked the side of his car!! Guess what ? He still had the damn cell phone glued to his ear.!!

BTW, I just moved from Los Angeles where I've flipped off Paris Hilton driving her pink Bentley while she chatted on the cell phone on the 405.

Was on the Dallas North Tollway on Saturday...next to a TX State Trooper...HE had his hand holding his iPod by his face...all the while reading and texting. I couldn't believe my eyes!

Heck, around here its rare if you see a car where the driver is't talking on a cell phone.

Around the SF Bay Area they recently had 2 days when cops were paying special attention to distracted drivers. There was ample warning in the news ahead of time yet they wrote practically twice the average number of tickets on both days. One guy was ticketed twice within 3 hours for being on his cell while driving. They need to make fines for distracted driving higher.
