Motorcyclist drowns
Guy on a ricer was haulin *** down the highway in my hometown the other morning; guy in a cager going 70 said the bike went by him at a high rate of speed. The bike starts squirreling all over the place and the ricer goes through a highway fence and into the lake. They found the guy because his helmet was floating up near the surface. Just 19 or 20 years old, what a waste. Condolences to his family. I rode hard the same way when I was his age, no brains and all testosterone.

When I got rid of my Kawasaki for a Harley 20 years ago, my insurance stayed the same. A 14 year old Kawasaki with liability vs. a new Harley with full coverage.
Back then, when I questioned my agent, he said that they paid less death claims on Harleys.

Same coverage on both, 03 ZX6RR and 07 FLHX, I pay less for the sportbike.

Same here IowaMike, probably goes for most of us. The thousands of times we got lucky and just too dumb to know it. I try to appreciate all my luck now. Damn shame... prayers out.
