DOT sticker is only required at point of sale per NHTSA. after that the buyer can do what he wants, such as painting or covering with other stickers.

I'm not really sure they are dot though, mines a 3/4 and it just came with a sticker, (which I removed), I thought the dot had to be under clearcoat

NXTs by NEXL sports are just slightly larger than the ACCs without the long wait. skull screamers are about the size of the ACCs and have some pretty interesting shells. they have a comparison chart so you can come closer to getting what you want without trying on.

Nexl Sports ..... lightest weight DOT helmet available that I'm aware of.....I have one and so does my g/f ...... Had it maybe 5 yrs and love it.....Great with no windshield on my SG.
