I like the Fuel pak, quick, easy, and does what I need. I'm a relativley conservative rider, so i'm not needing dyno tunes and more agressive fuel mgmt.
I have the Thundermax w/autotune, previously had the HD remap. It's easy to install, the base map is included and as you run, the performance gets better and better. The performance is outstanding.
Your poll is far from complete. The only really popular ones you include are SERT (I don't even think this one is available anymore, is it?) and PC-V. What about ThunderMax, TTS and and legacy tuners like, PC-III?
Dobeck TFI. For stage one mods, it's all I really needed, and lets me adjust it similar to a carb. I like playing with the settings, and love the way my bike runs now.

It's incomplete due to my very limited knowledge of the subject. This poll was part curiosity, and part a search for information. In my case, I am looking to utilize one of these systems after installing an air cleaner and some pipes or slip ons. I have pretty much ruled out a download, since I don't want to shell out more $$ everytime I want to do something to the bike. I like the SERT because it does not have to stay hooked up to the bike and therefore cannot fail while in circuit and leave one stranded or vulnerable. On the other hand, I believe that the HD products work with only one individual bike (not model, but serial numbered machine). If I trade bikes, the used SERT becomes useless to me.
So please pour on the opinions and information. It is much appreciated!

I have used Cobra's Fi2000r on four Harley's so far since 2006 and have been more than pleased with the performance gain and the ease of installation. They are plug and play and do not require a dyno run.
I got the biggest gain on the 2010 Dyna Super Glide. At about $280 they are a bargain. I have one that is going on four years and still performs.
I do combine them with increased flow air cleaners and mufflers.
If I go to high elevations like the Rockies, I just turn the pot's back to zero and the bike run's on the HD ecm settings. Very easy to adjust and play with.
I have had a Power Commander III USB on my bike for about 5 years and had zero problems with it. I've had some minor engine work (cams) and it was a piece of cake to tune. My other choice would be a SERT, but the PC3 is about half the price.
