any body bought anything from them ,ordered a helmet over a wk ago after making payment looked for shipping info it says backorder cant reach them by phone or email

I have bought 2 or 3 helmets from them. I had no problem. Nice ol school helmet.

I ordered a bell 500 from them, and they notified me they were waiting for a shipment. I cancelled, and found another place that had one in stock. Could be the same thing.

However, being in Canada, ordering from the US always takes weeks... so I wouldn't be panicking until 3 weeks passed.

I ordered a vintage shoei from them a couple years ago and had no problems.

finally received email they are tracking the back order,the helmet is a hci and I called hci they have that helmet in all sizes

I make it a habit of not ordering from businesses that can't be contacted or that ask for a phone number.

If my email address isn't enough, they don't need to call me.

Ordered from these guys, they were excellent with my pinstriped Fulmer V2. I would order from them again.

For HCI did you try Jafrum? You should see their leather jacket quality as well as their low prices...off the charts in both directions.
