I took a piece of rubber tubing 1/2" od and pulled it through my handlebars and it works great. First measure the length of the bars and get a piece of rubber tubing about 4" shorter. Soft rubber like vacume line rubber. Then take a piece of string and suck it through the bars with a vacume cleaner.Fasten it to the tubing . Put a little dish soap on the tube so it will slide easy and pull it through the bars so you have about 2" from the ends on each side. Ball up the string and stuff it in the bars on the clutch side incase you ever want to remove it . Your done now go for a ride and feel the difference. I have been doing this for years to my bikes. It will only cost a couple bucks so you won't be out much if you think it does not help.

I've heard of guys filling the bars with rubberized caulk, who claimed it helped.
But forget about internal wiring. LOL
