Sometimes I feel silly for having as much time and effort wrapped up in this bike, but then I do a three gear wheelie on a motorcycle that weighs the same as two rice burners and it makes sense again. If I had it to do all over again I wouldnt do it. My buell and my yamaha v-max are both way faster, and cost less than half of what I have into this monster motor. But once again, I find it is always better to regret something I have done than to regret not doing it at all

I wouldn't mind the horsepower, but for me I'd like unlimited low end torque. I'd tune a very large bore engine to deliver gobs of power from idle, effectively turning my cruiser into a semi automatic...

...effortless 2nd gear stop sign starts, 3rd gear throttle roll-ons from 10 mph, 6th gear highway blasts with downshifting an option, etc.

I still dream of that 260 cubic inch V-Twin with 300 foot pounds of torque...

As far as this new 120R, even if Harley is milling the cases, the peripherals are most likely Jims.
there is nothing Jims in these 120r's. that came from Jims.
they told me the moco wanted to do this on there own.

Wouldn't it be really neat if i could put the 120R in my Nightster? Oh well thats impossible i guess.
