There is nothing in anything the founding fathers did which provides for a nanny state. So what if someone died doing something they chose to do in a way they chose to do it. What part of freedom dictates anyone else decide to limit that choice?

Try wearing a burka through US customs or into a bank or even in a store. I'm pretty sure they would ask you to remove it. I've seen it happen. There have been lots of incidents around the world with people trying to thwart identity checks buy covering their face with a burka.
A traveler wearing a burqa, citizen or visitor, would not be asked to remove it in public or in front of men, if she didn't want to.
They have female TSA agents and private screening rooms for that and similar reasons.
Funny, your statement contradicts the actual statistics. There were even links to the actual numbers and analysis in this thread before your post. But don't let facts get in the way of a good rant...
If not wearing a helmet is safer in a motorcycle accident than wearing a helmet or the rate of head injuries and fatalities has dropped rather than increased with a corresponding repeal of the helmet law in a particular state I would sure like to see your sources. I double checked, no one has posted any links to studies that support the claim that helmets are ineffective at helping to prevent head injuries. Please post these links you refer to.
