Thanks, I saved quite a bit of money by building it myself (except for pouring the concrete). Total it cost me is about $25,000 and its been worth every penny. But that was 10 years ago, probably cost more now.
I just redid my garage for the Harley. My son started a custom bike business about a year ago and was working out of my garage and my 25X25 shop. He recently moved into a 6K square foot facility so when all his bikes/equipment was out we started re-doing my shop and the garage. I had to compromise with the wife and allow her room on one side of the garage for her Kiln and finished pottery, she does all the pottery in her studio above the garage. With two bike lifts previously in my garage and at time up to 8 bikes it was a mess when we moved my son to his new shop. We ended up repainting floor to ceiling.

Bobber built around a 72 XS650 engine in a Voodoo Frame
The other is a long chopper built on a 70's Jammer frame with an early 70'S Girder front end. Many of the parts on this one were barn finds. The Jammer frame and Girder front end had never been built with the Girder still in plastic wrap. The wheels are original 70's Invaders with the King and Queen seat also original to the period. The engine and tranny came from a running 73 Super Glide

LOL that's too funny, yep he headed to NOLA around 8 this morning. I believe he planned to go by his shop a load the long chop to bring it down, not sure if the weather changed his plans on bringing the bike. We are proud of his progress going from a kid racing MX around the country to a young man making his own way building bikes. You will have to come to Jackson and see his new location 6K sq feet. He has plenty of room for new builds there. The nice thing is I never have to worry about a wait time to get my bike on a lift LOL
