Do all Harleys come with Vinal seats ?
I have an aftermarket seat ordered C & C , Thats when i decided to stick with the vinal, as it holds it shape well, The stock seat on the fatboy is vinal, ... The sides of the seat or flaps, whatever you call them, is the leather on the seat. Never really checked to see if all Harleys come stock with vinal ?

Alot of the custom seats if leather, will have the seat panel leather and vinyl on the sides. They will make a total leather seat, but after time the sides lose their shape and sag.
My Danny Gray seat has leather in the seat panel only.

No. My 2005 Deluxe had leather seat. 2010 Ultra EG had leather seat. Loved the Deluxe seat. The stock EG seat sucked. Put a Sundowner on it . It is Vinyl. Vinel. Vinal. I dont know how to spell vi nal. Pleather, yeah, that's what I got.

They were. But just like the deer population, all this time with hunting restrictions, they have over populated and have become a hazard to motorist all over our public highways.
So it is been declared open season on them as of this year, its just tricky hunting the elusive little creators as they only really show up under the glare of headlights from your vehicle.

Unfortunately some people don't know they have vinyl and they will tell you it HAS LEATHER, even though it's a stock seat. Very few Harleys came with leather on the seat. No sporty has leather, no dyna, no rocker, no touring....unless they are CVO.
