only thing in those bars is a throttle cable , not hard to do
Actually, they probably have a clutch in there too. One of Exile's signature items is a hidden twist clutch on the left grip, so you operate the clutch by twisting it just like a throttle. I'd love to have one.
Edit: I see that one says "hand shift" but they do bars that clean with a hand clutch, as well.

Well I will take back a little of my Exile dislike. That handlebar setup with the reverse twist clutch on their site is pure sex.
Some big dollars though, Might have to suss out a cheaper way.
My father has a set of the Hawg Halter bars on the way. I'll admit, they're slick as hell but WAY expensive...then again Im a broke *** college student, so even cheap beer is expensive to me. But you also must consider what you get, bars, internal plug & play wiring/throttle, hydralic clutch, billet levers, grips, mirrors, and Im sure those clutch lever/throttle housings with those fancy buttons are pretty pricey as well. We got to check a set out while in Daytona for Biketoberfest and they are hands down the cleanest apes for a bagger Ive ever seen. He kinda got a bit carried away after Biketoberfest...waiting on the Hawg Halter apes to come in, stretch bags and fender are at the painter, stretch tank is on the way....should be badass when done...well sorta down. They're never really finished.

Exile is the only company I've ever seen on Biker Build-Off that made a bike I really liked and the only one that really innovated (other than, maybe, Goldhammer).

A quick search says...every one I can remember to search for. Goldhammer, Exile, Indian Larry Legacy, Chica custom, Perewitz, Yaffe, Arlen Ness, Roland Sands, etc., all still seem to be in business. Judging from his new TV show (which sucks), I'd say Rick Fairless is still working. Just because something is not currently hot in the mainstream media doesn't mean it didn't exist before or after it was "in."
