Default Apes ..... with all cables internally wired

Hi All,

I am trying to find a setup for Apes that have all cables internally wired. Similiar to an exile set up (pic attached).

Has anyone done this. What are the costs? pros and cons etc.

Cheers

It doesn't have a hand clutch, it had a foot clutch, that is why you don't see the cable. Also it has a suicide type hand shifter on the other side. There is a button on the shifter that activates the brake. It would take a lot of work to get a bike like that. Don't know anyone who sells bars that are that clean without haveing to re modify the brakes and clutch. You can buy rewired apes, but not like the those.

What I wanna know is how they figure that thing is worth 65K? I mean it is cool looking if you like that (i'll admit Exile is not my thing), but Suckerpunch or ILL or a hundred other builders could build that for probably 20-25K MAX. I doubt a knuckle clone costs much more than a Shovel or Pan clone. Calling any Knuck equipped bike a "hot rod" seems odd.

Sorry...rant off...you asked about the bars! That internal throttle is probably the Nash internal...and you can do that to your current scoot if you wish. I have thought about doing something like that if I ever go to Jockey Shift.

i think J&P sells an internal throttle set-up, but warned though , you got to cut and notch the bar to make em work.
never heard of a suicide shift lever actually he is running a line lock and a front brake so hes more of a anti-suicide lol

Hawg Halters sells their Hellrazor bars all internally wired with throttle cables, Brake line and hydraulic clutch ready to go. There's no need to go without brake or hand clutch. Climax also has a similar setup.

I think BR will prewire their bars for you. If you look on Exile's website they have everything to set your bike up with that setup.
