I guess you didn't get the freezing rain we had yesterday. That is why they salted here.

I will never understand how you guys can put away a perfectly good Harley for 3-4 months every year. I just wouldn't have the willpower to do it!*** I would have to move far away from where ever it is you are. ***** Sorry!!

I actually ride in the rain as well...

If you take care of your bike it's not going to rust, even if it happens to get wet from either rain or snow..

Missouri is a crazy *** state...weather wise anyways. Wednesday it was 66 and right now it is 25. Goes like that all winter. Could be a week in the teens then a week of 60's. I never "button" up my bike for that reason. I put a dust cover over her and hook the tender up and just wait a few days for the weather to change.

I don't put my bike up for the winter either. I ride every month of the year. No snow or salt on the roads, I ride. I've been riding down to 10 degrees so far with this bike. I admit, that was F'ing cold and I don't make a habit of that, but if the temp is in the 20's, I'll ride.

SO my riding season has officially come to an end...how ironic......guess it is off to the gas station with a can to fill my tank
