Stretch boots
My wife bought a new pair of harley boots. They are comfortable except where her bunioun is at the base of her big toe.
How can we stretch that spot out so it comforms to her foot better. We already tried soaking the boot in water and stuffing it. The leather is too hard. What about alcohol ?

Do you have (or can you get) those boot stretchers? Look kinda like a reverse clamp that fits in the shoe. Twist the handle and they expand. You can then wet the boot, stretch them for a few days and as they dry they take the wider stance. Reapply pressure every few weeks and never will have tight boots again.
