I'm with ya brother, It was nice getting in one more ride. But our weather was a little bit different than what you had, it was a Freezing 50 degrees out here in SoCal, If I'm not too hung over I hope to take a ride tomorrow too.
I comandered my buddys softail for a couple mile spin yesterday when He came over.It was around 50 degrees. For the last day of the year it was great. I would have got mine out but too much stuff to move around for a short put. Just sayin.
I got in some riding time yesterday in between the ole game of playing dodge the rain clouds. It was in the 60's and shirt weather. I also managed to install my new NOS 32' ford tail light and side mount, my new handle bars and head light are supposed to be here this week.
It's supposed to be about 61degs today and sunny, even though its a little overcast right now, so I am getting ready for a New Years day ride to start the year off right. Y'sll have a great day.
Me and a few buddy's spent a great day in the Florida sun. It was warm in the 70's with the sun peaking though the clouds. It was a great day to ride here, makes up for the summer when it would be a miserable wet ride.
For some odd reason it was 70 degrees yesterday but snow was on the ground almost week. So I too took advantage of the chance to ride. Today it's raining like a SOB
Nice! I got out yesterday too! The recent unseasonably warm air, and rain cleared off the roads enough to risk a ride. Snow and ice everywhere still, but the roads were ok!
Took over an hour to scrub all the salt off though.
Rode today in Connecticut! Two miles to the gas station and back with my Rocker. Then did it again with my Triumph Scrambler. Actually warm enough to ride (high 40's) but the roads are full of salt following the foot and a half of snow last Sunday night and the twenty degree temps most of the week. So unfortunately the bikes are back to hibernating in the garage with fresh tanks of gas. Still felt good though just be on the bike.
