I've found that just about any boot that has Gore-Tex will usually work well. I'm using Wolverines right now and have had excellent luck with Cabellas boots in the past. both the Wolverines and Cabellas were in the $150.00 to $225.00 price range.

Sorry about another boot thread but I am interested specifically in waterproof boots....I am planning to buy a pair. I am considering the HD FXRG boots with Gore-Tex or the HD Lynx boots with HydroGuard waterproof membrane. Anyone have experience with these boots? I have also considered Cruiserworks boots but am concerned about how the company has changed manufacturers several times and haven't had boots available for sale for several months. I like the look of the River Road Boulevard boots. Anyone wear these? Any other suggestions? I would like to hold the cost down to around $200. I appreciate it.

I bought a pair of Redwings last year to replace my worn out boots. Far and away the best boots I've had. I wear them most days, on or off the bike. Comfortable to walk in, waterproof, and work great on the bike.

For spring and summer, I use a pair of Timberland with gore-tex, got em for $80 bucks on sale, and for fall and winter a pair of Columbia 10" bug-a-boots, waterproof and good to -65 degrees. Got em online for $115 bucks.

I've been wearing the non waterproof version of this boot and its been the best all round boot for riding. Law enforcement wear and test these boot so they should know whats best for foot wear when they wear them everyday. Heres a link and see for your self.
