I've been around bikes for a long time now and this is the first time I've ever heard the term "Narrow Glide". I even looked for the terminology in the "Complete Harley- Davidson Book of Knowledge" and came up with exactly nothing, zilch, zero, goose eggs. Must be an Asian sort of thing.
I have never heard of the term either, but I figured I understood what he meant by it.

That makes 3 of us, but sometimes you have to dumb yourself down a bit to converse with someone that has an opinion like the OP does because it's not "cool" if you have a narrow glide and we all know how important it is to be cool.
I have a 04 FXDX adjustable Narrow Glide for sale. 7200 miles on it. It comes complete with calipers (new Lyndall Pads), brake master cylinder and I might let go of the 21" wheel with tire. Also, hand polished trees. They look like chrome.

I like the narrow look, not as cool as a chrome springer (do they still make those?), but on the right bike it fits and looks right.
DNA makes chrome Springers...I have one on my ride.

So what your saying is, we have to spell it our for you
I've always known it as a narrow glide and thought that's what most people called it. For example, check out CCE's site; http://www.ccesd.us/ and lookmat the third icon down on the left.

Up here in Michigan, all the Harley guys I ride with call them 'narrow glide'. I know one guy that loves the narrow glide, but it seems to me that most of us prefer the mid and wide glides.
