Cant say as I have ever forgot to put the drain plug in....however, today, while doin an oil change on a 93 FLH, I pulled the tranny plug, when I mean to pull the oil plug. Figgered it out after about 1 second, when the oil running out was clean. Only lost a couple ounces before gettin the plug back in tho.
