Default Hard Wiring Brake Light

Chopped my rear fender and trying to find the easiest way to add my new LED brake light. I'm keeping the stock turn signals so I just need to wire up the new light. If I want to by pass the circuit board all together do I just cut off the connectors, match up the colored wires and maybe use some posi lock connectors to connect them?

Any other suggestions on what options I have would be great too. I've completely re-done my bike and this is my last thing I have left to do.

Thanks,
DFsporty

You can completely bypass the circuit board if you want and use just about any connector you're comfortable with. Personally, I prefer the Deutsch connectors for better a better seal from the elements.

I bypassed the circuit board when I swapped the WG rear fender on my fatbob. I went through a couple different types of wiring (deutch, posi-lock, etc) that all eventually failed, until I just hard wired everything up to the main connector for the rear wiring. On the dynas, the colors don't carry through from the main connector to the individual male plugs, ie both turn signals were purple and black, but from the harness it was brown for one and purple for the other.
