Most women that ride with my crew are aggressive enough to ride a motorcycle. They ride just as well as the men and quite frankly, look better. So yes, no problem here.
I can see the point. Sometimes riding with women does suck when they want to go out and ride just so we can go to some nice restaurant or get together just to socialize. I've got a wife for that.
When I want to go out and ride with the group I want to ride, not socialize.
Of course not all women are like this however and I've ridden with some that are cool as hell and just like to ride. I would welcome them on any ride.
I'll ride with anyone as long as they are safe, don't care if it's male or female. Don't know why anyone would change who they are or how they act just because there is a female riding with you.

Here's a pretty good example of a local group I ride with on occasion. As you can see there are plenty of chicks both riding and as a passengers. When I ride I happen to prefer my wife to be with me. The bike rides smoother with her on the back.
Actually, the ONLY person I ride with is my GF. She rides her own RoadKing.
I will, however, ride with anyone, male or female,Harley or rice. The only exception is I will NOT ride with sportbike riders. I ride to relax, not to "get there in a hurry". "Course the opportunity never really presented itself.
In reference to the OP's original question, here's an example of what I think he was trying to say about the "dynamic". A while back, my buddy & I were hangin' at some biker function, and I dropped the "S" bomb. Not even the most vulgar of cusswords, but a cussword nonetheless. He jumped on my *** & said "Hey man, show some respect. There's women here". Now, my reply to him was. "If women are hanging around in a group (the Harley scene) that has been traditionally & historically a male dominated scene, then they are gonna hafta deal with "male" type talk. I am NOT gonna clean up my toilet mouth or sex talk because a few women might find it offensive"! And usually they don't. They usually have no trouble being one of the guys. Hell, my GF is the biggest toilet mouth of them all--a helluva lot worse than me & I'M really bad! (The only exception I make is if there are kids there. But then again, I don't feel kids belong at bike functions. Leave them for family picnics & cookouts) As long as you don't have to change your behavior 'cause there are women there, then the "dynamic" won't change. And most of the women I know that ride seem to prefer it that way!
Dickey,
Bull's-eye! PERFECT!!! You got it! THANK YOU!
I do not know why (but I do respect it anyways), why so many people brought up all that other stuff. Even the gay stuff or I was chauvanistic <sp> which I thought was funny or that I was trying to **** off women. <-- All not like me at all. Tt is why I thought it was so funny
They just need to listen to what I said and stop adding or making up stuff.
