Fairing and headlight Gap
Hi All,
I am in the end phase of installing a hoppe fairing on a Softail Deluxe. Problem is, I have a gap between the headlight trim ring and fairing cut out that is about 1.5"s. Being a meticulous person by nature,...I have not been able to sleep at night over this. It was self inflicted,..Can't blame the fabricator. I had Narrow beach bars installed a couple years back with the big 1.25"x4" pull back risers and did not want to go back to stock risers. I modified the brackets height on fairing to compensate for the riser but now have a gap problem. I've searched and searched the web with no luck for filler rings or such, even went to auto store and bought several kinds of compression door gaskets to see if that would work. The darn thing is already painted, put together and wired. Any speedy remedy ideas that would come close to a stock look would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I have gone the way of buying different height risers. Because of the handle bar 1.25" dia., I am limited in choices and the 1", 2" risers are to low and bars hit the tank.
