I've been using a Scorpion EXO 100 for about a year now and have been pleased with the comfort and features. I also have found the visor feature to be very handy and use it often.
Have the EXO 100 also. It is comfortable and the visor works well. That being said, it is a bowl of a half helmet and I don't find myself riding with it all that much. Just my personal opinion. I have no problem using sunglasses with the shield and different tints are available separately.
Best, RR
I tried the HJC IS-33 with a drop down sun visor which worked great except it gave me a lot of buffeting. The helmet was about a half inch thicker across the top to house the retractable visor and the top back of the helmet was a little bit different design than my previous helmet. I ended up giving the helmet away because I couldn't stand the buffeting. Helmets with the retractable visor are really nice but I would have to try one out before buying in the future. Good luck.

I tried several different brand helmets with the drop down visor and everyone hit my glasses. Why don't you go to a big MC dealer (not Harley) and try them on. Most big dealers will have a huge selection of of different brands.

Last year I also bought an IS-33. It is very comfortable and good in the colder weather but it is extremely noisy. I took it on a weeklong 3500 mile ride and the noise was unbearable even with ear plugs. I only use it on day rides where I know I will not be riding the interstates.
I recently bought an HJC is-2 half helmet with an amber visor. It is very comfortable and the visor is great in the rain. You can get different color visors (clear, light smoke, dark smoke, amber). It is a very nice helmet and I highly recommend it.

I have this one also. It works nice. I have to tip my helmet forward to get the sun visor to cover my eyes fully. I actually wear sunglasses without using the visor, but when we take a turn and drive into a bright low sun, then I pull the sun visor down over my sunglasses. It works really well, and the helmet is comfortable.
