Just a heads up to the lack of customer service in returning E-mails from this outfit! ... Wicked Image Custom Motorcycle Components I have sent 5 E-mails over a course of at least 6 weeks and not one reply .... the inquiry was about one of their 2011 design wheels as i needed to know something first before i bought them ..... Now maybe business is off the scale for them so they dont need the money so i guess i will go elsewhere .... i dont have a problem with that what i do have a problem with is certain American companys who dont know how to respond to or care about request's from potential customers .... Still never mind here today gone tommorow!

I am usually the first one to jump on someone for not returning communications, but with emails its hard. I have seen email get lost in junk folders and never seen. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call.
PistonPuller .... I know where your coming from re E-mails but first off i always check my spam box and surely as a company they would do the same ..... if you saw the same E-mail enquiry 5 times from the same person you would think ohhhhhhhhhhh a pattern is developing here still i will e-mail once more........ as in the UK the time difference can be awkward at times

Just an update for anybody thinking about useing Wicked Image Custom Motorcycle Components 6 E-mails down the line and no reply! ... now even if they did return with an answer i would not use them because (a) if they dont respond to the chance of making money what chance do you have if you have a problem! (b) Coastalmoto picked up this issue and are very helpfull it's called yeah i think i can do business with this company! .... as i said not all but there are some American company's who dont seem to care less ..... Here today gone tommorow!
