I put Apes on my Heritage (with ABS) and bled the brakes with no problems with my Mityvac bleeder. The Heritage just had one Caliper on the front wheel though, so it was a little easier. I just bled them from the Caliper while keeping the Master Cylinder full, until all air was out of the system.
My question is, on the Limited, with two Calipers on the front wheel, is there one side that is considered the "low" side, or do I just need to bleed both sides?
I'm just replacing the Brake Line from the Master Cylinder to the ABS Control box.
You'll only need to bleed from the master to the abs box. Depending on what manual or tech writeups you read, there are 2 opinions>>
bleed from the shortest first, OR bleed from the longest first.
I don't think it makes much difference.
If you want to be perfectly correct, bleed twice: ONCE EACH WAY.

Not sure I understand you, if I just bleed from the MC to the ABS box, there would only be one line to bleed.
The line runs from the MC to the ABS box, and then another line runs from the ABS box to the front Calipers.
