SmartPartz/Hardkore Baffles-Props!!
Major props to Chris at Hard Kore baffles/Smart Partz.
I ordered a set for my Ultra and the service was great, fast shipping, good install instructions. I wasnt overly happy with the sound and the loss in midrange power so asked if I could return them.
Chris stepped up, no worries he said and i just recieved full credit including my shipping costs.
Nice to see a company stand behind their stuff and offer great service like this even across the border.
