I took the bushings out and they have been shaved in the middle to not touch. Not sure why but they where definitely cut in the middle where they meet.
I went and got a new set. We'll see what happens.

Well, for those playing along. The trimmed bushings where the culrpit. It still vibrates but this I feel is about normal. I can run the gears no issue now. It in no way wants to get out of my hands like it did before. Like riding a different bike.
