Nothing wrong with being rich. And if you got there by hard work, rather than Daddy's money, that's even better. Not that I would complain if Daddy had money to give me.
Really though, if it bothers you, send your money to me and I'll be a RUB for you.
Consider the source of the comment before acting out in anger. The kid who chirped at you still lives in his moms basement and works at mcdonalds. Now who is the RUB
Right now I'm a middle-class urban bike (MUB), trying to earn my way to RUB status. Most of us MUBs would rather be RUBs, but are too unmotivated to get there. Good for you.
I get so sick of all this labeling nonsense--real biker, poser, RUB, girl's bike, girly colors, rolling sofa, etc., etc., etc.
I am probably guilty of most of the above, and I don't give a crap. I am who I am and ride what I ride and am happy with all of that. And I don't care if someone thinks some perjorative label applies to me. Call me what you want to call me (but I suggest you use discretion in choosing what to call me to my face.)
I think it's funny! It's quite obvious to me that the offender has egg yoke for brains and is missing the point altogether. I find ignorant people kind of amusing sometimes!
