Gerbing service ROCKS!!!
Givin' props where it due!!!
Bought the heated jacket and gloves last November from Gerbing. Couldn't believe that I was spending a small fortune on something that didn't have chrome, or make the bike perform better....
Once I got it... found that it's "Tha Bomb" for comfort in cold weather riding!!! Rode well into the mid 20's last winter... absolute comfort!!!
Last spring, noticed that the liner wasn't heating properly. Didn't matter much, it was warming up anyway... didn't need it any longer. Put it in the closet and forgot about it.
Bein' part of the Ga Crew, got invited to a little ol' rally the Fl Crew is havin' in November. Gonna ride down in mid November... could be a little chilly!!!
Remembered that the liner had acted up last spring... need to get it sent in for warranty (LIFETIME!) repair.
Hoping to get it back by the middle of next month, I jotted a note and sent the box off... two day air. UPS delivered it back to me today!!!
Georgia to Washington ... repaired ... Washington to Georgia ... 9 days!!!!!!
How's that for customer service?????
Is it expensive? Yep. Is it worth it? EVERY PENNY!!!!!

I burned one of the ***** on my dual controller. I called their customer service and ordered a new one. The **** was .99˘, and they shipped it for free. Doesn't get much better than that.

Gerbings is a wonderful thing.
My left glove pigtail went out last winter. I called and asked about getting it repaired. Gerbings told me how to wire up the accessory harness so I could keep using the jacket liner and gloves until it warmed up enough to send it in. So I sent it in, got it back and just started using it last week.
Doesn't get any better than that.

sounds good ! on the other hand I send an email to the customer service for europe and did not get any responce. Only thing I wanted to have is a list of all their dealers in Germany.
