This is awful! The service department at Zanottis's straightened out problems on my '04 Ultra CREATED by Three Rivers HD. Guess I will start looking for another dealer. Bummer!
Welcome, please post more info when it becomes available. Maybe hours, phone number or any other information. For those of us within driving distance, we are always looking for a place for parts and service. Thanks for the info and keep us updated.
Hi there, I am not a regular poster, but my dad was the Service Manager, Bob McChesney for 30+ years. He is opening his own shop, McChesney Motor's on Rt 8, just north of the Clearview Mall. So, for any of you looking for parts, or fantastic service on your motorcycle or dirt bikes etc, please keep him mind! Sorry for the shameless plug, but we are just trying to get the word out on a new business. Hopefully it will help people looking for service in the northern Pittsburgh area. It's not open yet, but should be in the spring. Thank you!
He was no help to me on a bike I actually bought from that dealership when I tried to get help for the 2006 Dyna injector issue.
Neither him or that old lady with the nicotine clogged voice did a thing...

For any of you who previously had experienced good results from the Service Department at Zanotti Motors, Bob McChesney has just recently opened his own shop in Butler, PA.
He has all the special tools and access to discount OEM and aftermarket parts. He is also an Official Pennsylvania Inspection station and has "in-stock" tires to fit most HD's.
