Would like some imput on a chrome or stailess oil tank
I'm looking for a chrome or maybe stainless oil tank to go on a 2003 softail I do not want to spend anymore than I have to but would like a good product. any imput (good, bad, ugly) or where to buy would be helpfull
Chrome will be cheaper but most everything chrome aftermarket anymore comes from China so price can vary like crazy for the same part .
Stainless if you can find one has the advantage of being able to be polished out repeatedly so little stuff can be buffed out like new . They are more money .
You have to put eyes on anything you buy anymore to really know what quality it is , the MoCo stuff tends to be good stuff but it's been been getting cheaper made also the last 3 - 4 yrs .
