But I have LED's on my bike.
Asked the wife what she thought about "More Light on the Bike."..... and next thing I know UPS is handing me this box.
She Pimped my Ride !
( I was thinking Fog lamps or Running Lights, she had other Ideas. )
Since I had them, I put them on......
Came with a remote, has a bazzillion different Colors, settings and functions.... ( Including and "Off" setting.)
Dont use them alot, but it does get the wow factor.... and most chicks are drawn to them like a Moth.
Was neat to have them on at Waterloo after the TOT ride.
Camp ground was pitch dark..... band was a couple hundered feet away.... set the lights to flash and chase to the beat of the music in front of my tent..... I met lottsa great folks !
AND......
You can always remove them with little effort if you find them not "You" !
I don't like them, but not for the reasons you'd think.
As a long time Gold Winger and a longer time former truck driver, I'll offer you this piece of advice:
Any, and I mean any extra lights you install, will eventually become a pain in the ***. Call it Bud's law, if you want. There is no good outcome frome chicken lights. Ever. You'll be alongside the road clipping wires like a madman before you know it. You'll get fed up and give that sucker a haircut and I don't mean maybe.
ok..i'll take a chance..lol. i have LED lights on mine and i've had a lot of compliments. but that's not why i got them...they add to the night time visibility. my scoot is mostly black and makes it easier to see at night...at least i hope so! if they keep one car from hitting me...then they are worth it.
oh yeah...i think they look pretty cool to!
Ride safe
Roadrunner
I think the lights are very cool. Of course the color you choose makes a difference too. I was considering if I should or not. When riding at night, I realized how much I loved the signal lights reflecting off the chrome. It looked real nice and I was proud of the look. I think this gives me a little insight into how I would like boogy lights. I will start with the lighted horn cover first. I will not make it the blinding ultimate package, just accent the bike a little.
