Wow. That was a great thing you did. Shame on his family for making him sell his bike. I don't know if I coulda held my tongue if I had seen them. Let the man keep his bike. He is 82 years old. They will have an opportunity to sell his bike soon I am sure. Poor guy.

Good on ya and his wife and daughter are asshats! Guys lived a long life and should be able to keep his bike till he checks out if that's what he wants to do.

I've already arranged with my OL and some friends that if I go before she does (hope to hell I do) that I will be cremated and my ashes put in the frame of my bike. Then and only then can she sell it. I told her she don't need to tell the buyer I'm in there and hopefully someone that likes to ride a lot will buy it and I can just ride around with them for a few more years.
