I don't understand the need for the flashing lights. Every motorcyclist that I have ridden with has head lights on.

The person that ran into the back end of the stopped car is who caused the accident. Unless the person actually slammed on their brakes and the following car could not avoid hitting it. The driver of the car that hit the stopped car was probably distracted and did not see the stopped car. Proabably texting or by the other passengers in the car.......

I don't like them either. Looks like your headlight has a short. To us who knows what it is, you get noticed. To cagers with no clue, this accident is what can happen.

My prayers to all the injured. I did a search for " lufkin tx motorcycle wreck " and found MANY wrecks in the last year or so. Seems like more than their share.
