I have a wide glide without saddle bags which gets me when I need to carry ****, but I have seen people with bags that attach to there sissy bars in the back, ive seen hd ones that are expensive anyone know where you can get a quality one for short money
I wanted a little something more than some bungee chords but, I might have to stick with it I cant see spending hundreds when I dont use it that often, might as well buy some easy off sadle bags
I have something on it's way. No saddlebags on mine as well. Didn't want a bag hanging off the back either. Found a set of ATV tank saddlebags. Should be just big enough to carry rain gear, some tools, and other crap. Made by Tour Master. Plan on using them under the seat and over the battery box and over the left side cover. Not made of leather, but denier. Zipper closure and with water bottle holders. Color is black. Motocrossgiant has them for $40.
Bit of money but removable bags are the way to go . Got a set of mid size heavy leather on mine for the baggage needs and they pop off in about 15 seconds and you don't notice the mount on the fender rails , clean and practical .
Budget days just a good heavy knapsack and bungies , rode most of the US that way .
We make this leather duffle bag that is very nice,it is made from heavy chap leather and has a double bottom with D rings so that you can secure it to your bike..The nice thing about this bag is that when you are not using it,it will roll up to about the size of a large pair of gloves..The price is $129.00 http://www.shop.captain-itch.com/Lea...le-Dry-Bag.htm
