Um, I believe they do. Here is one. The Kimber Centennial.edition.
I think he was referring to a Single Action Army or Peacemaker. I had a nickel plated one over 30 years ago. Fine weapon but I never fired it because the value would go way down. After playing cowboy with it, I got bored and sold it. I got almost all my money back. I also own a Colt .45 auto Officers model that I've had for over 20 years. Colt wasn't in terrible shape back then. I don't know exactly how many times they've filed for bankruptcy, but they're not the company they were. 50 years ago almost every handgun sold was a Colt. To the op, I say calm down, life is too short. The Harley is under warranty and the battery failed. It happens. The Colt, I think you're screwed and it's happened to all of us one time or another with something we've bought.
Man you need a valium! and all I can say is WOW...you really rode that thing last summer! A whole 1500 miles! you should have sold it after that, I bet it was completely worn out! hmmmm....let's see, that's roughly 7-8 tanks of gas. ha ha. They saw you coming didnt' they?
There are three generations of the Colt SAA. Production of the third generation ended in the late 70's. I picked up a third generation Colt years back and they all are very nicely made and highly collectible. You didn't do your research very well. Here is mine:
Sell the Colt and get a nicer one. Ive had fire arms brand new either shot like ****. Or fit and finish sucked sold em bought better. On the bike do you have security ck the battery in the fob change it. if they are weak the bike will not start. My bike will act like it has battery trouble if the fob is to far from the bike or the fob battery is weak. As long as you and yours got your Health. This is all small stuff. If you aint got your Health you aint got ****.

BassCatcher, you are wrong and did not do your research very well.
Various Colt SAA models were built from 1873 to 1940. Production was reinstated in 1956, the beginning of the "2nd Generation" of SAA's. 1976 saw the introduction of the "3rd Generation" (New Model) SAA's, which are still being made. Those who think there is a "4th Generation" are mistaken. Mine IS a 3rd Generation. Ask Colt.
If I wanted (and could afford) a used Colt, I would have bought a 1st Generation 1800s gun, or a 2nd Generation, around 1958 manufacture. I wanted a NIB Colt with no previous owner to start a family heirloom. You stand corrected.
