I realize the chance of any of the riders being on here are slim but what the hell. Got off interstate onto the Prince William Parkway (4 lanes) in Manassas. For several miles a group ride of Harleys decided to stay in the left lane the entire time and not moving for anyone. Had you been passing vehicles that were in the right lane it would have been all good. But no, you had to drag your asses in the left lane pissing off many people yesterday. Yes, I was in my cage and pissed that it was a nice day and I couldn't ride but still, get the eff out of the left lane.
I finally made a left turn while your group continued on in the left lane. Jerks.
Were they riding slower than posted speed? Our group rides are mostly in the fast lane. We tend to ride faster than traffic in any case. At least they weren't hogging both lanes.
doesn't make them better drivers. I've seen plenty of idiots on bikes.
Here`s my take on this , as long as I am doing the speed limit I feel I can ride in any lane I want to, Call it the fast lane but does not give you the right to Speed over the posted speed limit... Emergency vehicles I merge but just because someone wants to go faster than the posted speed limit does not constitute me moving around just so he can go faster...

That's rude. In the real world you're just likely to cause more accidents when people try to get around you.
Hopefully you get ticketed in one of the states where the left lane is for passing only, not for people who think they're going the speed limit and feel like hanging out in whatever lane they want.
Glad to see its the car drivers pissed off for once! As a motorcycle rider, folks in cars try and kill me on a weekly basis and it tends to get me just a bit edgy every now and then.
VA Law...did you signal (horn/flash) so they would move over???
§ 46.2-842.1. Drivers to give way to certain overtaking vehicles on divided highways.
It shall be unlawful to fail to give way to overtaking traffic when driving a motor vehicle to the left and abreast of another motor vehicle on a divided highway. On audible or light signal, the driver of the overtaken vehicle shall move to the right to allow the overtaking vehicle to pass as soon as the overtaken vehicle can safely do so. A violation of this section shall not be construed as negligence per se in any civil action.
(1989, c. 708, § 46.1-211.1.)

Pitcher of beer for the riders. I'm buying!
And I suppose you're never in a car? Or any member of your family?
