Thats a sweeeeeet looking car Schu, I hadn't considered I could get 4 wheels that nice for only 40G. You've really thrown a monkey wrench in my dream here!
Vehicles that I have purchased in my lifetime are depreciating assets. I would say that an impulse buy on a vehicle needs to wait. This is based on my assumption that you are in your early forties. If your in your early sixties and got the money, go for it.

I agree with depreciating assets. Especially this one. It will never be worth anywhere near its retail price ever again once I ride it off the lot. I understand that, and it concerns me. And I'm right in the middle of your guess. I'm in my early 50's.
Maybe throw a few bux at your current bike? wheels, windshield and paint...
Or, shop out a new ride, but dont buy the 1st one you see until you look around and at least see if a dealer will get competitive.

The harley is going to give way less trouble than a 91 testarossa. A guy walks into a dealership, he looks on a used example of whats mentioned here(ferrari) he asks-how reliable is it? salesman says- its reliable, u can rely on having to fix it. I would think about the harley for a few weeks though.
