I will be ordering my bike in a week or so, so I am shopping for helmets. What are some that you guys are wearing and do you like them? What are your thoughts about full face? Thats kind of what I'm looking at but my brother keeps trying to convince me I would look stupid with a full face helmet unless I was on a crotch rocket.
Man, I don't know about the bikers around where yu are, but I got nottin but grief here fer dat Helmet! Also, I felt like I was in a CAGE! I hate it...
Really, I tried hard to like it, wore it 1 day, got laffed at everywhere I went. I now use a SKULLKRUSH Modified Polo, (around $200) made twice as well as SHOEI and I love it. OK, No not the same Protection!
But, 1. I Cannot even feel it, and 2. it's tuff as hell almost bulletproof, 3. Everyone is askin' me what it is & where I got it! (I had to buy the DOT stickers on Ebay) I know nottin' will protect yu like a fullface but WTF...
Oh and i went thru 10 or 12 other helmets off ebay, til I found the SkullKrush, and I'm gonna get a second one, I like it that much!

Man, listen to yur Brother! I just got back into Harleys after no bikes fer alotta years. So what do I do bought a $600 SHOEI... wore it once!!!

just got my Bell 500 love it old school, also purchased the face shield amber snap on again old school....the half helmet kept catchin wind and choke the life out of me..they make a big difference in your riding pleasure.
