tire groove
I am new to Harleys I had a friend change back tire on my 2000 softail. Tire is supposiddly same tire but it is rubbing on the road side of the rear fender only, plenty of space on the curbside It gets really bad with 2 up.Looks like it rubbing on fender edge and it has put in a pretty deep groove. Can anybody tell me whats wrong?Thanks

I would look at your wheel spacers for the first clue. If the shorter spacer is on the side that is rubbing, you found your problem..
Spacers are two different sizes. yoou can not mix them up, or change thier position without effecting the wheel to fender spacing.
Thats where I would start my search for the problem.
