Did ya try on the G-3s before ya tried the T-5s? Have the Classic but wanted a pair with the Mircowire and bought the T5s. Really felt bulky, heat was not as good as my old Classics. Sent them back and got the G3s. Love them, not near the bulk, easier to grip the bars. And are nice and warm.

Your looking at 4year old G3's. I do like the T5 fit. Gerbing's previos Mfr had some quality control issues. Realy like the long gauntlet and canves back.
