I've seen lots of articles and pictures of the older cars and how they have to be maintained there. Cool to see those guys keeping them going. Yankee ingenuity? We got nothing on them.
I wonder how these guys feel when they read our posts about the differences between bikers and non-bikers or which chaps to buy. And maybe I'm completely ignorant hoping they have unlimited access to the net.

Yes- cool video- I enjoyed watching it. I don't know much more about Cuba than the average American does, but I do hope we can normalize relations and end the embargo. Seems sad that those dudes with such a passion aren't able to freely enjoy it as they'd like to. But that's the world. If they were able to trade back and forth with the States, I bet a lot of things would be better down there. Not that we're their saviors- I'm sure they'd get a bunch of unintended consequences too And I'm sure there's much better reasons to normalize relations than just motorcycles.

Oh yeah, it's just that all their laptops are pre- 1954. HAHA
Thanks for the post hollowpoint- the HOG magazine did a piece a while
back on the "harlistas" of Cuba.
Wish I could send them some old parts as a gift.
When I went to Cuba I took all my older t-shirts and was mobbed. They go nuts for anything Harley or Adidas. Fantastic people and so outgoing and friendly. Never had a single problem with anyone...even when walking around at night. Would return in a heartbeat.
