My club was coming back from WACO Sunday,on I-35, when two indies hit the on ramp, one ricer, and one HD.
Were running 80, side by side, and the indies tried to break formation.
The ricer jumped in and out of the formation numberus times.
I know most of you know this, BUT its a big NO NO RIGHT?

How many riders in the formation? How many lanes on that section of I-35? How much traffic was around at the time?
The right thing to do in this case would be to fall in behind the group and follow at a distance.
I was out for a ride last summer when I came up on Winger group of 15 or so bike. They were going about 10 to 15mph below the speed limit holding up traffic. This was on a two lane road with only very short place to pass so there was no place to pass the whole group at once.
After about five miles of this and cars lining up behind me I had enough and started pass 3 or 4 bikes at a time and forcing myself into there group. After doing this about four times I was by the group with clear roads ahead of me.
There was I guy from work in with the wingers and said that the group were **** off at me. I suggested that the next time they are out for a ride try fourth gear. I reminded him that if you are holding up cars behind you to pull over and let them pass.
Ive had this happen about 3 times. Its bad form much the same as walking into a restaurant and pulling up a chair at a table of strangers without an invite.
I accidentally dropped a handful of ball bearings, nuts and screws and they got the picture
who in the hell rides all day with a handful of scrap metal?
Should have reached over and hit the kill switch on his bike while he was rolling....watch him freak the f**k out
did u really think at 80 miles an hour u can reach over and hit a kill switch
stop the BS please

Just a question but how in the hell are we supposed to know the protocol of a club we don't belong to? Yes, common sense would keep me from getting into formation with a group I am not part of but come on, we can't all know your rules and regs.

Call it BS if you want, but I've seen both happen at two different times and faster than 80 I assure you. Just because you didn't see it, doesn't mean it didn't happen man.
We usually only allow one bike length between pairs.
We usually split it up if too many show up for a ride. Like maybe a dozen in each pack, especially on the highway when there is a lot of traffic. You got to let people go through especially cagers with a license to fly. We ain't the only maniacs out there.

It's for all clubs, if ya need to pass pull up to the tail gunner, and motion ya need to pass, then pass. Show respect, i.e. don't act like a fool.( like the guy Sunday)
I wouldn't pass a power club BTW. That's all , not trying to rock da boat, just informing.
